It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on the earlier occasions i.e, on 04.06.2018, 04.07.2018 and 01.08.2018 none appeared on behalf of the appellant, and hence, the matter is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf. Therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
