HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 779 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised and withdrawn the complaint. He also placed on record the docket order dated 18.03.2019 passed in C.C.No.758 of 2017 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge-cum-XXIV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar. He further submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous as the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
