THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8923 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had submitted a representation dt.31-01-2018 to the 3rd respondent for implementation of the National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM) Support to Urban Street Vendors (Operational guidelines) and also formation of Common Interest Groups as per G.O.Ms.No.11 dt.05-01-2016, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing counsel appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within eight weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.31-01-2018 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
