Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a better affidavit as certain facts, which are necessary, could not be mentioned in the writ petition. A letter to this extent is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 29.12.2015.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a better affidavit. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
