O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the detenu, Mir Shoukat Ali @ Shoukat Jabri, and set him at liberty.

The Station House Officer, Kalapathar Police Station, Hyderabad, furnished written instructions dated 19.11.2015 to the office of the learned Additional Advocate General, State of Telangana, wherein he stated that the alleged detenu surrendered before the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Excise Cases, Hyderabad, in relation to Crime Nos.44 and 95 of 2015 and furnished sureties.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
