HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.10810 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or Direction more particularly a writ of mandamus declaring the in action of the Respondent No.4 in conducting survey in the land of the Petitioner basing on the petition filed by the Petitioner as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of principle of natural justice and pleased to pass such order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.' Perusal of the record reflects that an application in the prescribed format by way of a F-line petition along with the requisite fee was submitted by the petitioner on 27.10.

2018 for the purpose of undertaking a survey and fixing of boundaries in the subject land. Having received such an application, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Nandipet Mandal, Nizamabad District, to remain inactive. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Nandipet Mandal, Nizamabad District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's F-line petition dated 27.10.2018 expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
