THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12651 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.347 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Jangaon, Warangal District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. If the petitioner files a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law by taking into consideration the nature of employment of the petitioner.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
