HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.1342 of 2015 ORDER:

This revision is filed against the order dated 24.04.2015 passed in I.A. No.41 of 2015 in F.C.O.P. No.3 of 2015 by the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Adilabad.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 filed the above application viz., I.A. No.41 of 2015 claiming interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.12,000/- per month in favour of Respondent No.1 and at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month each in favour of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on the ground that the petitioner neglected to look after them. The Court below granted interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month in favour of Respondent No.1 and Rs.4,500/- per month each in favour of Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision. Heard and perused the material available on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of modifying the order under revision as follows: The petitioner is directed to pay maintenance at the

rate of Rs.3,000/- per month to the 1st respondent and Rs.2,250/- per month each to Respondent Nos.2 and 3 from the date of the above I.A. and he is also directed to pay the maintenance on or before 10th of every succeeding month and the arrears of maintenance, if any, within three months from today. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the F.C.O.P., as expeditiously as possible without being influenced by this order and the order under revision.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision are closed.
