THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 864 OF 2012 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is initiated on the ground that the interlocutory order passed by this Court on 31.01.2012 in W.P.M.P. No. 36742 of 2011 has not been complied with and has been violated deliberately.

In view of the detailed order passed today dissolving the interim order dated 31.01.2012 and allowing W.V.M.P. No. 1136 of 2012 moved by the society, cause for further prosecuting this Contempt Case does not survive and accordingly, this Contempt Case stands dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
