THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7637 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.55 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
