.....RESPONDENTS Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate order or Writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents- a) to set-aside the retirement notice Ref-YLD iJKOC/ WO/ 16/ 2156 dated 10-11-2015 and to call for the records pertaining to the date of birth in respect of the petitioner herein and set them aside ; b) to direct the respondents to incorporate the date of birth of the petitioner dated 1 8-1 2-1961 in his service records, as per the entries made in his school records, with all consequential benefits and attend benefits;c) to extend the directions in the Judgment dated 19-06-2008 in W.P.No.12642 ot 2008, the Judgment dated 11-06-2009 in W.A.No.1621 ot 2008 and the judgment dated 3103-20'1 5 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch to the petitioner herein by holding the action of the respondents herein as bad, illegal, irrational, arbitrary,
discriminatory, void, violative of the Rules and Guidelines issued by the Government from time to time, law laid down by the Hon'ble Courts and also violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia. l.A.NO:1 OF 2015(WPMP. This matter was earlier listed on 14.09.2023, 26.09.2023 and 09.10.2023 and as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

ln the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as nonprosecution Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
