THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18402 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not allowing the petitioner to appear for written test/interview for selection and appointment to the post of temporary sub-staff as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 20.08.2005. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
