The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner's application for rectification of Record of Rights made on 05.09.2013 is pending consideration before 4th respondent.

Since it is doubtful whether the said application can now be traced, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing petitioner to file a fresh application before 4th respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and the 4th respondent shall consider the same after giving notice to 5th respondent and pass orders thereon within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner as well as 5th respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.
