The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-15 guntas from P.Madhulatha, W/o.Raghava Rao under registered sale deed document No.1158/2015, dated 19-022015, Ac.0-15 guntas from Smt.P.Indira Bai W/o.Sanjeeva Rao under registered sale deed dated 10-02-2015 vide Doc.No.948/2015, Ac.0-15 guntas from Smt.P.Sukanya W/o.Late Srinivasa Rao under registered sale deed dated 13-03-2015 vide document No.926/2015 in Sy.No.65/A and Ac.0-14 guntas in Sy.No.198 from Smt.P.Madhulatha under registered sale dated 24-02-2015 vide document No.1370/2015 of Puduru Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Thereafter, on 0305-2015 the petitioner applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds to the respondent No.3 in respect of the above said land. The respondent No.

3 conducted detailed enquiry and issued proceedings dated 23-12-2015 in Proceedings No.B/2118/2015 granting mutation. Inspite of the same, the respondent-authorities are not implementing the said proceedings and mutating the name of the petitioner and also not issuing pattadar passbooks. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to appropriate steps for mutating the name of the petitioner in pursuance to the proceedings dated 23-122015 issued by respondent No.3 and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
