Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents. 2.

The petitioner alleges that the police are interfering in civil disputes between petitioner and occupants of the subject premises. 3.

The 2nd respondent has filed a counter denying the said allegation, and contending that he had not even visited the subject premises nor did he summon the employees of petitioner or warned them, as alleged by petitioner.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of holding that the respondents should not interfere in any civil disputes involving the petitioner. However, this will not preclude the respondents from taking appropriate action if any FIR or other complaint is lodged against the petitioner or its employees.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
