HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1883 OF 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for revision petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Arbitration (A.P). Perused the material on record.

2) There are no grounds to admit the revision but for to dispose of the revision petition, as L.R.A. No.4 of 2011 is pending for the past five years, with a direction to the Appellate Tribunal, Eluru, West Godavari District to take up the said L.R.A for hearing and dispose of the same within two (2) months from the date of receipt of this order and report compliance.

3) The Interim order granted by this Court is extended for two months from the date of receipt of this order and if the revision petitioner failed to co-operate for disposal of the matter before the Tribunal within two months, the interim order ceases its force. No order as to costs.

4) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
