ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw M.O.P.No.7 of 2014 from the court of Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Medak District. Wife filed this application and according to her affidavit, marriage was performed in the year 2001 and due to disputes from 2008, they are living separately and that she filed D.V.C.No.13 of 2009 and the same is decided in her favour and she also filed 498-A case and it is pending before the court at Sanga Reddy and respondent herein is attending the court at Sanga Reddy in connection of Section 498-A I.P.C. case. It is further contended that her parents are not financially sound and she has become an over burden to her parents. It is further contended that Atmakur is at a distance of 300 K.M. from Mahaboobnagar and it is difficult for her to travel from Patancheru to Atmakur, leaving her minor school going children. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of M.O.P. 7 of 2014.

Respondent-husband in spite of service of notice, neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

Heard arguments.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, Marriage O.P.No.7 of 2014 is withdrawn from Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District and transferred to Family Court, Sanga Reddy, Medak District for disposal in accordance with law.
