HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1907 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and even notice ordered to the revision respondent even served, failed to attend, hence taken as heard.

The only grievance of the revision petitioner is his application for grant of divorce under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act sought against his wife, respondent to O.P.No.37 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhongir, is not disposing, despite riped for contest long back, by the lower Court. Having regard to the above, the revision is disposed of by directing the lower Court to take up the trial and dispose of said O.P.No.37 of 2012 on merits within four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
