No representation for the petitioner - accused.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that the Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet and on committal to the Court of Sessions, the Sessions Division, Nalgonda, has assigned S.C.No.74 of 2014 and made over to the Court of I Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda, and even the Sessions Case was also disposed of on 17.02.2016 acquitting the petitioner and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
