Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file representation to the respondents seeking retention at Warangal by producing additional documents, which were not available at the time of rejection of the case of the petitioner vide order dated 13.02.2019.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents by filing additional documents supporting his case for retention at Warangal. It is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the said representation without being influenced by earlier rejection orders dated 13.02.2019. No order as to costs.
