HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19822 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not considering the case of petitioners for promotion to the post of A.E.E/A.E., lying vacant in the office of second respondent as arbitrary and violative of Article 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct respondents to promote petitioners as A.E.E./A.E., with all consequential benefits. On 22.10.2003 this Court granted interim direction as prayed for. Now it is represented, no further orders are necessary in view of interim orders.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
