Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Narsimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that he has given representation on 01-06-2017 to 2nd respondent to consider his case for regularization under Land Regularization Scheme for plot No.32 in Sy. No.29/A, Parvathapuram village, Ghatkesar Mandal and that 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 3.

Sri V.Narsimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent, states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
