Learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents are present.

I.A.No. 1 of 2022 iN CCCA.No. 162 of 2007 is filed jointly by the appellant and respondents through their counsel seeking to record the compromise betwee3n them pursuant to the memorandum of compromise dated 27-02-2022 and consequently to dispose of the CCCA.No. 162 of 2007 in terms thereof without costs. 3.

The appellant and respondents 2 to 4, who are the legal representatives of respondent No.1, who passed away during the pendency of this appeal, are present in-person before this court and they are being represented through their counsel. 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4.

This Court after apprising both the parties as well as the learned counsel for both the parties to consider the I.A.No. 1 of 2022 to record the compromise entered between the4m pursuant to the memorandum of compromise dated 27-02-2022 and consequently to dispose of the CCCA.No.162 of 2007 in terms thereof without costs. 6.

In view of the fact that both parties have jointly filed I.A.No. 1 of 2022, the same is allowed for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.,

Consequently, CCCA.No.162 of 2007 is disposed of wi8thout costs, in terms of the memorandum of compromise dated 27-2-2022 entered between the appellant as well as respondents 1 to 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, pending shall stand disposed of.
