HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.6606 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not implementing the G.O.Ms.No.219, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (J1) Department dated 28.02.2009.

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2011, directed the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner either for commencing the lease or stating the reasons for not doing so. A counter affidavit is filed stating that the respondents are taking action for implementing the G.O.Ms.No.219 dated 28.02.2009, but since the third parties are in possession of the property the mater is delayed. It is also stated that an endorsement dated 21.04.2011 was issued to the petitioner to the effect that the lessees will be vacated and the property would be delivered to him.

In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
