This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw G.W.O.P.No.100 of 2017 from the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy, and transfer the same to the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Nizamabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
