- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.8949 OF 2018 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government pleader. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2.
This writ petition is filed alleging inaction in granting pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents in Sy.No.67, Gopalapatnam Gram Panchayat, Tuni Mandalam, East Godavari District. Petitioners enclosed as Ex.P.2 signed affidavit typed on Rs.20/- stamp paper requesting to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. This application is not in prescribed form. A person who is seeking for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, has to file application in Form VI -A and such application has to be submitted through online. 3.
Learned counsel fairly submits that so far no such application is filed. Thus, it cannot be said that the Tahsildar erred in not acting on such representation, when a particular procedure is prescribed.
4.
Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to file appropriate application as required, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
