ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action on the part of the respondent authorities in not taking any action against the President of the 6th respondent society pursuant to the representation dt.27.03.2011, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent authorities to keep the President of the 6th respondent under suspension till completion of the enquiry u/Sec. 51 of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, as ordered by the 3rd respondent vide Procs.

18.12.2010 for conducting fair enquiry, and to grant such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." At the hearing, Mr. B.Yadaiah, learned counsel representing Mr. Palle Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
