THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4500 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order, dated 07.02.2014, in Crl.R.P. No.5 of 2014, passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, dismissed the application filed by the petitioner fore return of gold ornaments. When the matter was listed on 24.04.2014 and also on 28.07.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.
