THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2552 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 23-08-2016 in Crl.M.P.No.259 of 2016 in C.C.No.1281 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file similar type of Revision. Permission is accorded. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this revision shall stand closed.
