Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application, if any charge-sheet is filed against the petitioner, if he so advised. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
