Sri S. Siva Prasad, Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court, in WPMP No.21824 of 2011 dated 30.06.2010 whereby the respondents were directed not to deduct crop insurance premium from the crop loans advanced to the petitioners, the cause in the Writ Petition is no longer survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
