Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.82 of 2OI9 of Shankerpalli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, the present Criminai Petition is filed.

Sri Mehaboob Ali, learned counsel, representing Sri M.Vijay, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the case has been referred as 'Civil in nature' and thus, the Crimina-l Petition has become infructuous / 4.
Learned counsel, who is representing the petitioner, did not deny the said fact.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications' if any' shall stand closed.
