This appeal, under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the order, dated 29.11.2007 passed in F.C.O.P.No.310 of 2006 by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, whereby the subject O.P. filed by the appellant, under Section 6(A) and Section 13 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act seeking custody of minor children from the respondent, was partly allowed directing the respondent to hand over the minor child Prerna Jain to the appellant and also ordered that the appellant is responsible for the welfare of the minor child Prerna Jain.

No representation for both sides. Perused the record. 3.
The subject F.C.O.P. was filed by the appellant herein seeking custody of his minor children, viz., Prerna Jain, aged about 4 years and Pooja Jain aged about 21⁄2 years. As on today, both the children have attained the age of majority. Therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

The Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous, accordingly.
