As per our direction, the police produced Abbasari Hemanth Babu before the Court. We asked him whether he has been illegally detained by respondents 4 to 11, his reply was in the negative. He said that he has married respondent No.6 and is residing with her and her parents happily and he has no desire to go back to the petitionerfather. In view of the categorical statement made by Abbasari Hemanth Babu, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
