THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.40424 of 2015

ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not permitting the petitioner to join into duty after completion of deputation period vide D.Dis.No.D1/13032/2014 dated 03.11.2014 of the 2nd respondent as illegal, hit by Article 21 of the Constitution of India besides violative of Orders of the 2nd respondent vide D.Dis.No.D1/13032/2014, dated 03.11.2014 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to implement the orders of the 2nd respondent and to allow to join as Senior Assistant in the 3rd respondent temple from 10.11.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that no further orders are required in the writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
