HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4341 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the impugned notice under Section 6 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905 bearing Rc.No.B/1234/2016, issued by the 4th respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 02.02.2017, rendered in W.P.No.3575 of 2017 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is allowed in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
