This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, Adilabad District, and transfer the same to the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 17.04.2017. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
