folder before making corrections 17-04-2026 Pursuant to the directions of this Court, dated 10.04.2026, the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' to seek clarification as to the steps taken by the appellants for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, as the factum of the death of the sole respondent was not brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants at the time of disposal of the CMA on 10.04.2026.

Learned counsel for the appellants fairly submits that the sole respondent has expired and that no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. He, however, now prays for grant of time to take appropriate steps for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

In view of the above, the judgment dated 10.04.2026 allowing the C.M.A. is recalled.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the appellants is permitted to take appropriate steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

Registry to delete the name of the counsel Sri J.R. Manohar Rao.

Post the matter on 12.06.2026.
