This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing alternative employment and delaying to continue the petitioner in service in pursuance of the Proc.No.JA1/19 (14/PDL)/2005Tarnaka, Hyderabad, dated 25-04-2005 as illegal and contrary to the provisions of Section 47 of the persons with disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
