HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11222 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, is not issuing her an e-pattadar pass book though she was already been issued a regular pattadar pass book.

Perusal of the record reflects that a regular pattadar pass book was issued to the petitioner in relation to the land mentioned by her in the writ prayer under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. That being so, it is not open to the Tahsildar, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, to remain somnolent when the petitioner applied for issuance of an e-pattadar pass book on the strength of the regular pattadar pass book already issued to her.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District, to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's application dated 18.4.2019 expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source.
