When the matter was called on 06.06.2017, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was posted to today i.e., 07.06.2017 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the cause in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
