THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 819 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein sought for a direction to the 2nd respondent Executive Director, APSRTC, Karimnagar Zone to consider his case for appointment as a contract conductor in one of the depots under his control.

It is brought to my notice that in similar circumstances, entertaining Writ Petition No. 10202 of 2013, a detailed order has been passed and after examining the same, the Corporation has reviewed the case of the petitioner in that case also. Today, learned Standing Counsel Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy has been left with instructions telephonically that vacancies are available only in Bhanswada Depot of Nizamabad District and if the petitioner is interested, the Corporation will consider his case depending upon his eligibility and suitability for appointment on contract basis as a conductor.

Sri A. Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no objection to be considered to be appointed at Bhanswada Depot.

In view of the agreement, it is only appropriate that the respondents will consider the case of the writ petitioner for appointment on contract basis as a conductor duly taking into account his eligibility and suitability for such engagement and pass appropriate orders in that regard within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
