CVNR, J & MGR, J WP 8975/2018 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by the entertainment of a Pre Litigation Case and issue of notice therein to the petitioner by respondent No.2, this writ petition is filed.

At the hearing, Mr. J. Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, on instructions submitted that P.L.C. No.265 of 2018, in which respondent No.2 has issued the impugned notice to the petitioner, itself has been closed on 25.04.2018. Mr. K.V. Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioner, did not dispute this submission.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
