Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Mijuru Mallikarjun, son of Subrahmanyam, who, according to the petitioner, is in illegal detention of the respondents.

Smt. P.V.V.B. Rajeswari, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that Mijuru Mallikarjun has been arrested on 08-11-2015 in connection with Crime No. 61 of 2015 registered at Vakadu Police Station for the offences punishable under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code and, presently he is in judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by Smt. Rajeswari, Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
