HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7584 of 2008 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the contesting respondents was dismissed for default vide order dated 24.06.2011 and the petitioners have not taken any steps to ensure that the writ petition is restored against the contesting respondents.

The petitioners are challenging the orders passed in I.D.No.162 of 2005, dated 13.12.2006, which were passed in favour of the respondents. In the absence of such respondents, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

For the aforesaid reason, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
