In view of the letter dated 03.11.2017, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition, permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
