THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10898 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not filing the final report in Crime No.106 of 2018, dated 18.02.2018 of Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the investigation will be completed and final report will be filed within one month before the concerned Court.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
