HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3387 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/accused. The submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor is that FIR was lodged only on 1.3.2018 and investigation is in the nascent stage. In that view of the matter, it is too early to quash the proceedings on the premise that there is no material to proceed with the investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed with the direction that the investigation shall be conducted as per law. However, the Investigating Officer is directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
