The respective counsel for the respondents stated that pursuant to the writ petition No.19685 of 2017 order dated 19.06.2017 to consider the representations of the petitioner pending and to pass appropriate orders within one month therefrom by giving notice and hearing the stake holders was complied with and order of disposal of the representation communicated to the petitioner.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Having regard to the above and from the respective counter affidavit in showing compliance, there is nothing to admit the contempt case, but for to close.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
