THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1461 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court dated 09.03.2017 in W.P.No.2827 of 2017. 2.

This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition giving liberty to the petitioner to satisfy the third respondent therein with regard to the actual extent of land owned by him and the construction proposed to be made in the said actual extent by submitting an appropriate representation along with necessary documents and the third respondent was directed to receive the said representation, consider and disburse the loan amount, if it is in terms of the sanctioned letter issued by them.

Now, learned counsel for the third respondent produced before this Court a letter, dated 01.11.2017, while considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.04.2017, rejected the request of the petitioner to sanction and disburse the loan applied by him as it was not in accordance with the bank norms.

In view of the said letter, the contempt proceedings cannot be continued and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said letter, it is open to him to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
